Really grateful to have been involved in bringing this project to life for The Ruh Collective. A 14 minute mini documentary/ profile.

This film tells the story of a community-led organisation rooted in care, wellbeing and belonging — work shaped by the community, for the community. From women’s health and nutrition to research and safe spaces, Ruh is building something thoughtful, faith-aware and genuinely impactful here in Gloucestershire.

It was a privilege to help shape these stories and turn the film around quickly for its live launch event — there’s always something special about watching a piece land with a room full of the very people it represents.

Massive respect to everyone involved in making it happen. Excited to see where Ruh goes next.

It’s been 3 years since I started running 🏃 Since then I’ve ran consistently and it’s had a profound impact on my life.

I had to make something to mark the occasion as although it’s just a small thing it also feels like it’s the foundations my life is now built on.

I’m a better partner, step dad and now dad if I’ve been for a run, if you add that up over 3 years I’m sure I’m in a different life position now than I would have been.

I’m nearly 2 years with no alcohol too but for today it’s about the running. I encourage anyone who can to run, and if you can then feel lucky that you can.

It’s a real privilege to be able to run and enjoy it.
