I felt so incredibly privileged to be asked to be part of Emma and Lewis’ special day. 🤍✨

And I think it made it even more special for me because I’ve known Emma for such a long time. 🥰 To be there, watching her marry the person she loves, and to be trusted to capture these memories for them, was something I’ll treasure. 📸🤍

It was a day filled with so much love, laughter and those little moments that make a wedding truly unforgettable. 💕🥂 But more than anything, it was beautiful to see two people who have built something so strong together — a love grounded in trust, friendship, understanding and everything life brings along the way. ❤️

Because a beautiful relationship isn’t just about the easy days. It’s about standing beside each other through the ups and downs, growing together, supporting one another and choosing each other, time and time again. 🤍 Those are the things that create a love built on solid foundations. 🫶

Surrounded by the people who mean the most to them, Emma and Lewis celebrated not just their wedding day, but everything they have already built together and all the adventures still to come. ✨🥂 And, of course, their gorgeous fur baby even made the sweetest appearance during the ceremony — because it wouldn’t have been quite complete without them! 🐾🤍

From the stunning setting of Oswald House 🏡✨, the sunshine pouring down ☀️, to the laughter and happiness that filled the day, it really was something so special to witness. 💕📸

Emma and Lewis, thank you for trusting me to capture such an important chapter in your story. 🤍 It was an absolute honour. 🥰 I hope when you look back at these photographs, you’re transported right back to how you felt in those moments — surrounded by love, laughter and the people who matter most. ❤️

Amanda brought her gorgeous boys, Jordan & Lewis, along for an iris session the other week — such a thoughtful gift from her sister. 🎁❤️

I think iris photography makes such a lovely, unusual gift. Something completely personal that you can keep forever. 💙

Did you know your iris is completely unique to you? Even identical twins have different iris patterns! 👀✨ All those tiny lines, colours and details create something totally individual — nature’s own little artwork. 🎨

And yes… I am VERY behind sharing all your gorgeous images! 🙈😂 Life, kids, running a business AND attempting to keep on top of the house has me running around like a blue-arsed fly! 🏃‍♀️💨😂

🐾❤️ Fundraising Session & Monty Update ❤️🐾

Mary Ann brought her gorgeous fur grandbabies for a fundraising garden session and they absolutely made my day! 🥰 As you all know, I LOVE a Boxer, and these two had SO much personality! 😂🐶 They even pooped all over my garden, much to Mary Ann’s horror! 🤣 I was just laughing — it happens all the time at doggy sessions! 💩😂

Thank you, Mary Ann, for bringing them along. We captured some gorgeous memories while raising funds for my boy Monty. ❤️🐾

And a little Monty update… 🥹 His blood markers are almost back to normal 🙌 and his heart scan showed a slight improvement in his valve. It will never fully heal, but improvement is great news! ❤️

He’s also going to be chemically castrated as, because he’s on blood thinners, this is the safest way to control his hormones and prevent the problem returning. We haven't tackled the masses yet — we're concentrating on getting him over the infection first, and thankfully they don't seem to be causing him problems just now.

Your support has been incredible. 🙏 Because of the fundraising, I could get Monty to a very expensive referral where they detected his urine infection. Our local vet hadn't picked it up, and without that referral, things could have gone very differently. You really have helped keep my best friend here with us. ❤️🐾

We still have a long way to go with the costs, though, and our credit card is crying at us! 😭💳😂

Thank you so much to Lisa for bringing her gorgeous pup along for a little photo session and helping me raise funds for my fur baby, Monty. 🐾❤️

A little update on Monty… he’s doing so much better, which is such a relief. 🥰 We’re back at the vets on Wednesday for more tests as we continue trying to find out exactly what these masses are. We’ve now used all of our insurance, which is why the fundraising has been so important in helping us cover the cost of his ongoing treatment and investigations. ❤️‍🩹

And honestly… you lot have been amazing! 🥹 My studio and garden sessions have been absolutely crazy busy this week, so a huge thank you to everyone who has booked, donated, shared and supported me. It genuinely means more than you know. 💕

If you’d like some beautiful memories of your own while helping us along the way, my fundraising sessions are:

📸 £25 – session + 1 digital image
📸 £55 – session + 5 digital images
📸 £95 – session + 10 digital images

So with the 5 and 10 image packages, you’re essentially getting the session fee for free! 🥰

I’m a little behind with editing at the moment, so if you’re still waiting for your gallery, please bear with me — I’m nearly there with them all. 🙏 Between the kids going back to school, trips back and forward to the vets and a very busy August, I was feeling a little overwhelmed last week. I’m slowly catching up, though. ❤️

I’m also feeling under the weather today, so I’m going to take the day off, recharge and hopefully be ready for another busy week ahead. ☕️💕

From fundraising sessions and newborns to charity events, this has been my busiest August yet, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. 🥹❤️ You’ve all made me smile so much, not only by supporting my little business but by helping me through what has been a really worrying time with Monty.
