As the mushrooms are in hiding at the moment (not much rainfall in the Sussex the last month or so) I have been forced to resort to foraging for green things. Well green and purple. There’s lots of Sea Kale on the beech at the moment.

Probably one of the most beautiful fungi I’ve ever found. Growing on a well rotted stump in a beech wood. I think this may be Antrodia or Antrodiella sp. But honestly I don’t know. Suggestions welcome!
