The wedding wish makers team would like to offer our congratulations to Alyson and Alex that got married today in a small intimate service in Prince and princess of wales hospice in front of close family and friends.

We would like to thank all the people that donated dresses for the bride and bridesmaids, they all looked amazing.

Houston kiltmakers for supplying the kilts for the groom and 2 groomsmen.

Rosanne from Dry Docks Cafe for providing the buffet.

Joanne Aitchison for doing the brides and bridesmaids nails

Forever in a day casting for offering a beautiful casting of the couples hands

Derik Leitch for this beautiful cake.

And Nicola from the hospice for everything else she done to make today such a special day for the couple and their family.

We were inundated with hundreds of offers from individuals and suppliers, sorry if we didn’t manage to reply to you all. We could not do this without you all so thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

We will share a picture once the family agree on one, until then this is a picture of the beautiful cake from Derek.

First self portrait in a long time taken for the first project brief from my BA Photography course…

Below is a description of what this photo is about and what the back story of it is.

“This self portrait has been created with a slow shutter speed and low exposure technique, this shows how I feel when I have to take these images of myself to show my peers. Sitting in front of a camera makes me feel nervous, uncomfortable and shaky.

By using this technique it has allowed me to create movement to show these emotions and to portray how it feels for me to have to sit and stare down a camera lens. This image has been created with the purpose of making you feel uncomfortable.”
