ALSTOM Polmadie TRSMD held an open day on the 12th of October 2025, to celebrate the depot's 150th Anniversary as part of the larger Railways 200 celebrations.

One locomotive from Rail Operations Group on public display
1 locomotive from the SRPS Steam Group on display
1 locomotive from Bo'ness TMD-Home of The SRPS Diesel Group
3 coaches from the Caledonian Sleeper open to the public
Also visible, not accessible to the public were: RailAdventure HST set, which had brought a rail tour from Derby up to Glasgow the previous day, a ScotRail class 334 EMU & an Avanti West Coast class 390 Pendolino.
