This week seeβs us celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week. As a club Tir Conaill Harps know how important it is to check in on one another. As a club, we recognize the importance of prioritizing mental health and supporting each other through both good and challenging times in our lifeβs.
Tir Conaill Harps is not just a Gaelic Football club, itβs a family and we want everyone to know that they're not alone and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Itβs so important that we look after our own mental health and check-in on our teammates, friends, and family regularly.
One of the best ways to keep on top of our mental health is through sport. The camaraderie and physical activity it offers, plays a vital role in maintaining good mental health and for that reason we welcome everyone to our club. So whether it's kicking a ball around on the pitch or simply lending an ear to listen, Tir Conaill Harps is always here to support our members' mental well-being.
