A little peek at another lovely family I photographed at Eastbourne Beach during my mini sessions. 🤍

I’ve already shared a few photographs from some of the other families who joined me that day, and I wanted to show you a little more from this beautiful gallery too.

There’s something I absolutely love about photographing families at the beach. The children can run, explore and play, and before you know it, we’ve captured all those natural little moments of connection — the cuddles, the laughter and the personalities that make your family yours. 📷✨

🌊☀️ Summer at Eastbourne Beach ☀️🌊

One of my favourite things about being a family photographer is getting to watch little people grow. 💛

I first photographed this gorgeous girl when she was a newborn, and years later I had the absolute pleasure of seeing her again — this time for one of my summer family mini sessions down at Eastbourne Beach. 🥰

Blue skies, sunshine, the pier in the background, plenty of giggles and lots of fun… it was such a lovely morning! ✨

I had the most amazing time meeting all the wonderful families who joined me at the beach this summer. There’s something so special about capturing those happy, carefree moments — the laughter, the cuddles, the silly faces and all the little bits of magic in between. 💕

Thank you to every family who came along and made the sessions so much fun. I’m already looking forward to the next ones! 📸☀️

🍂 AUTUMN MINI SESSIONS ARE HERE! 🍂

There’s something truly magical about autumn, isn’t there? 🍁

The crispness in the air on those chilly mornings, the crunch of leaves beneath your feet, golden light filtering through the trees, and a world slowly changing from greens into the most beautiful shades of amber, copper, russet and gold.

Autumn has always felt like a little reminder that change can be beautiful too. 🍂✨
And what better way to celebrate this gorgeous season than with some cosy, fun-filled photographs amongst the trees?

I’m so excited to be opening the doors to my woodland studio in Fletching, East Sussex, just outside Uckfield, for my Autumn Mini Sessions on:

🍁 Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November
🍁 10am – 2pm
🍁 30-minute sessions
🍁 £60 per session

Your session includes three of your favourite images, beautifully presented in a password-protected online gallery, with full personal print rights included. And if you fall completely in love with your gallery (which I hope you do! 🥰), there will also be the option to purchase additional images if you'd like more.

Whether it's your little ones racing through crunchy leaves, cuddles with your favourite people, muddy boots, rosy cheeks and big autumn smiles, these sessions are all about capturing those little moments that you'll want to remember long after the leaves have fallen. 🤎

A little bit behind on sharing lately… but for very good reason! 🤍

This summer has been wonderfully busy photographing so many beautiful families, weddings, newborns and maternity sessions. I’ve been busy editing away behind the scenes, but you may have noticed I’ve not been sharing quite as much here lately.

One of the reasons is that I’ve changed the way I share my sessions. I used to post little sneak peeks while I was editing, but these days I like my clients to be the first to see their images — so I wait until they’ve received and viewed their full gallery before I share anything here.

It does mean my social media is a little further behind than it used to be… but I think it’s worth the wait. 🤍

So, I’m now starting to catch up with some of the gorgeous sessions from the last few weeks — beginning with this lovely family I met at Eastbourne Beach. ☀️🌊

I’d photographed their daughter as a newborn a few years ago, so it was such a lovely feeling to see them all again and capture this next chapter for their family.

We had the most beautiful sunny day, with blue skies, the sea and Eastbourne Pier in the background, and plenty of relaxed family moments to photograph.

I love sessions like this — nothing too posed, just letting everyone enjoy being together while I capture the little moments, the big smiles and all those connections between them.

One of my favourite parts of being a family photographer is getting to see families grow and being invited back to document their stories again and again. 🤍

There are lots more summer sessions waiting to be shared… so expect a little flurry of beautiful families, weddings, newborns and maternity sessions appearing here over the next few weeks!

A little behind-the-scenes peek from Friday’s newborn session. 🤍

This beautiful family came to my studio in Fletching, East Sussex, with their brand-new baby, big brother, big sister and Dad — and I absolutely loved that they captured these pullback images while I was photographing their little one.

There’s something I love about seeing the session from the outside.

Big brother and big sister sitting together, watching me carefully photograph their tiny new sibling, while Mum and Dad are right there too.

These aren’t the finished, polished images from their gallery — I’m still working on those! — but I wanted to share a little glimpse into what happens behind the scenes during a newborn session.

Because there’s so much more to a newborn shoot than the final photographs. It’s the cuddles, the quiet moments, the siblings watching on, the tiny details and all the memories being made along the way. 🤍

☀️ A little sunshine, a beautiful beach, and the sweetest mum-and-son duo. 🤍

I loved spending some time with Chloe and Alfie at Eastbourne Beach for my summer family mini sessions. With the sunshine out, the sea sparkling and the pier in the background, it really was the perfect setting for some beautiful memories together.

And it was extra special to see Alfie again! I first met him a few years ago when he came along for one of my Christmas mini sessions, so seeing how much he’s grown since then was just lovely. 🥰

These are the moments I love photographing most — the cuddles, the laughter, the little in-between moments and that connection between a mum and her boy.
