Once apon a time...
Two girls from two different walks of life... one a super organised 'brunette' country girl in wellies, the other a chilled out 'blonde' city chick in heels stumbled into an unusual friendship as their paths kept crossing due to a series of unlikely events. Over the years as they photographed everything from bumps to babies, Weddings to Christenings and even the occasional High

land Coo, they soon discovered their differences are what made them unique. As their friendship grew so did their desire to produce a brand that they could be proud of. A brand that has a unique style, leading to the birth of "Ivy Road Photography"...

Massive congratulation to this crazy pair.....the new Mr & Mrs Wales!!
Caitlin & Jason were married last weekend in the beautiful grounds of Dunninald Castle. Humanist Celebrant Brenda conducted the ceremony. It was full of love and laughter as well as personal touches that included a lovely sand ceremony to include their kids. In fact Love and Laughter are the two words that sum up their day perfectly!!
The whole day was filled with good people, good laughs and memories to last a lifetime!

Massive congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Robertson who were married recently in a heartfelt ceremony conducted by Lucy Black Humanist Celebrant at Silverwood Lodges.
Their day was filled with all the love and emotion that comes along with any wedding day when two people in love come together and tie the knot. However there was the added emotion of Jill fighting hard to WALK down the aisle after a serious motor bike accident just 6 weeks before!! The sheer grit and determination shown by Jill was truly inspiring!
Jill & Peter were supported by their grown up children and not forgetting their fur baby Dougal!
Their day was full of love, laughter and happily ever after!!

Massive congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Houston who were married recently at the stunning Bachilton Barn!! This was a new venue for us and it did not disappoint!! Cottages, grounds, ceremony space, reception space, staff.....all 10/10!
Emma & Jack were surrounded by their family and friends as they tied the knot in a heartfelt ceremony conducted by Humanist Craig Flowers IHC Celebrant.
After the ceremony, they weren't going to let a wee shower of rain dampen their sparkle, so we explored the grounds and they say a little rain on your wedding day is good luck, as a 'wet knot' is harder to untie!!
We left them on the dance floor with their great bunch of people!!
