Our meetings We're a friendly camera club on the beautiful Suffolk Coast.

Felixstowe Photographic Society was established in 1948 for the 'advancement of Photography as an Art and a Science through the mutual assistance and friendly criticism between its members'. Today the society welcomes anyone who has an interest in photography, where we provide a friendly atmosphere combining competitions with guest speakers, members’ workshops and demonstrations. Just three weeks to go until our Biennial Exhibition!

Preparations are well under way, and we are looking forward to sharing a wide-ranging selection of print and digital photography created by members of Felixstowe Photographic Society.

The exhibition only takes place once every two years, so this is a great opportunity to enjoy the work of local photographers, whether you are a keen photographer yourself or simply enjoy photography and visual art.

Here are the results from our June 2026 competition, judged by Tony Bramley FRPS.
The print theme was ‘Open’, while the projected-image theme was ‘Flora and Fauna’.
These are the winners in each of the four categories.

The Felixstowe Photographic Society is pleased to announce our upcoming Biennial Exhibition, showcasing a diverse selection of print and digital photography from our members.

As we only hold this exhibition once every two years, it's a great opportunity to come and see what our local photographers have been working on. Whether you're a fellow photographer or simply enjoy photography and visual art, everyone is very welcome.
