So yesterday was the night shoot at RAF Waddington with The Centre of Aviation Photography, Night photography is something i've never done before but was looking forward to a new experience. The lineup was limited to what i've seen at previous Air Combat Power Visits(guessing due to operational requirements) and due to the weather some were covered up but was still a good evening. Massive thanks to Rich and Steve at COAP and also RAF Waddington and personnel who gave up there sunday evening to be our hosts and marshalls.

Another hidden gem this time from 2017 at Royal Air Force Coningsby and again the germans this time a Typhoon shot at 1/50th on the old Nikon D7200 & 150-600mm Sigma

Going back to 2016 and the time the germans fetched the hardware to Coningsby the mighty Tonka (Tornado GR4) lights up the burners to get airborne.

Which has nose art of a red kangaroo in Wellington boots playing some bagpipes, indicating the origins of its crews: Australian, Welsh and Scottish. The 30 total ops are shown by 24 yellow bombs with 4 ice cream cones signifying trips to Italy and the 2 red bombs denoting attacks on Berlin.
