📍Exeter’s Abandoned Harlequin’s Shopping Mall.
The Harlequins Shopping Centre shut down because it was acquired by a developer, Curlew Alternatives Property (Curlew Capital), to be demolished and redeveloped into purpose-built student and co-living accommodation.
The mall officially closed its doors to the public in September 2019. The site is slated for demolition to make way for a multi-story, mixed-use complex.
