London born 27 year old Still Life Photographer Katie Howey, transforms everyday materials into spectacular, dynamic imagery. It all started in secondary school, where she experimented by taking plain everyday objects and viewing them in a different perspective from the ordinary. Katie went on to study Photography and graduated from

Barking College in 2009 with an HND. Since July 2009 she has been working in fast-paced studios as an in-house photographer, shooting still life for editorial and advertorial publications. During that time, she had training with Christies and from assisting freelance photographers. Katie is highly praised for her fast work, high quality imagery and attention to detail. Katie is a specialist in Still Life photography but in the recent years has branched out into portraiture.
