Okay but can we talk about Rebecca for a second?! 😍✨

I was already having a moment walking into her bridal prep and spotting the most gorgeous grand piano sitting in the room. Honestly, the scream I scrumpt. 😍🤌🏻

As someone who absolutely loves a dramatic, beautiful backdrop, I was immediately planning all the photos we could take around it. Little did I know that Rebecca was about to make it approximately 1000x cooler...

Because she casually sat down and started playing the most incredible piece of music. 😭👏

I genuinely nearly fell over.

One minute I’m photographing bridal prep, the next I’m getting a private concert from the bride herself. Talk about setting the tone for the day! ✨

Watching her play so effortlessly was one of those moments that made the morning feel even more special. It wasn’t just beautiful, it felt so her. A little glimpse into who she is beyond being a bride, and honestly, those are the moments I love capturing most.

Safe to say Rebecca has officially secured a spot in the Coolest Bride Ever Hall of Fame. 🏆👰🎹

What an absolute queen. ❤️

A relaxed spring wedding at The Coos Cathedral, Aboyne for Ruaridh and Rebecca. 🤍

Just taking a moment for the immaculate party vibes. From Dancing to the sax in the afternoon sun, swinging napkins at dinner, keeping it fun with bridal party photos and an epic change into the most stunning cowboy boots known to man for the dance floor. Oh and not to forget the endless supply of Spicy Margs and Aperol Spritz 👌🏻🍸🍹

If you’re looking for permission to throw tradition out the window and plan a wedding that feels unapologetically YOU… this is it. 🩷🧡

Kaitlin and Kyle celebrated with the most colourful wedding at The Schivas Steading,m. Every single detail felt like a reflection of who they are.

The biggest surprise of the day? Kaitlin walking down the aisle in a PINK wedding dress. 😍🙌

The collective gasp from guests said it all. Iconic. 💁🏼‍♀️✨

But one of my favourite moments happened straight after they officially became husband and wife. Instead of heading straight into their drinks and canapés, we jumped into my car and drove over to Schivas House where they read their personal vows privately, just the two of them.

No audience.
No pressure.
Just them.

It was emotional, heartfelt and one of those moments that reminds me why I love documenting weddings the way I do. 🥹

And then there was the tattoo station… 👀

Because why have favours when you can have tattoos?!

Guests chose from flash designs throughout the day, but the sweetest moment came when groom (also a tattoo artist) Kyle decided he’d be the one to tattoo Kaitlin himself.

I mean… between the pink dress, the leopard print wedding shoes and a husband tattooing his wife during their wedding reception, this day was basically the definition of doing things your own way.

And that’s exactly what weddings should be. ❤️

Alanah and Will’s gorgeous spring wedding at Logie Country House 🌼

Shot so beautifully on my behalf by my good friend Samantha whilst I was snuggled at home with my newborn. When you book a photographer, you’re choosing someone you trust to capture your wedding day no matter what the circumstances. And sending someone in my place is not a decision I make lightly. But I knew the media team I chose would do me proud. And boy did they. 😮‍💨🤌🏻❤️

As I carefully edited and curated this gallery, I really felt like I was there on the day. And what a party it felt like! Wishing you both the most amazing married life ahead ❤️

A very beautiful military wedding at Logie Country House. And a very special wedding for me as it was my first wedding returning back after having our son Harry 💙

Zoe and Bill wanted a day filled with love and laughter and it was clear just how loved they are by all their friends and family, who truly gave them the most amazing celebration to kick start married life!

I have a whole lot more amazing moments to share from this day but just wanted to post some of my favourites from their previews. A personal favourite being Granny lifted in the air, and I’m sure it’s a moment she’ll never forget too❤️
