At Ancestral Health Festival today, breathwork, fire walking, and some of the best minds in nutrition all in one place.

But before I go, I wanted to answer two questions I have been getting about the retreat.

Is it women only? Yes. Intentionally. I wanted to create a space where we can fully relax and unwind, and something shifts when it is just women in a room together.

What about the food? Low-carb, keto, chef-prepared and genuinely delicious. But you do not have to be low-carb or keto to come. Curious is enough.
