JC Penney 3040 .30-30 (Marlin 336a), date of mfg. 1973.

This particular one was sent off to Mad Pig Customs to be finished off with their thumper package which included chopping and threading, fitting with Midwest Industries Inc. furniture, and a M90 cerakote finish.

What a fantastic time as always. Took what I learned last year and tried my best to apply it this year! Apparently good enough to place roughly 20 spots higher than last year!

I finished 52nd out of 104 shooters. Last year I was like 70-something so I can’t complain! But I still got some work to do!

This was the first time I touched my bolt gun since shooting OnlyCans last year and was glad I could retain the information I learned and apply it to this year.

Excited for next year.

Ps. Thank you for taking my camera from my hands to get a couple of photos of me ❤️ and to for loading up some spicy 130gr TMKs for me
