Hello again everyone! I’ve been a bit lost from the Instagram world, kept a browsing but haven’t posted for a while. Just a bit meh with watches right now, still love them but a bit overloaded.
A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to go up to the highlands and do over half of the NC500 route following/filming and John (who’s not on social media) on their bicycles (because they have no common sense)… I’ve never been this far up north, what a trip that was, no matter where you look, everything is a postcard. EVERYTHING!
It was also an awesome opportunity to test this new drivetrain I’m on on this new-to-me G31 LCI 5 Series, I never had a hybrid before, I was very skeptical about the whole thing… well let me tell you, I’m impressed, what did with this later iteration of the 530e is nothing short of amazing, the car was flawless, perfect the whole trip, being a camera car, driving at 4mph up a steep hill or driving at ### mph on the way back from Tongue in the middle of the night. Never missed a bit, all the power in all the right places, and surprisingly economical. I’m sold, this was the right decision (also, comfort seats are a win 🙂)
Yes… the new one has more electric range but i dare you to look at it for more than 5 seconds… if you can 😅 it’s a no from me on that one…
