The Church of High Kicks is a weekly mixed/gay party which takes place every Sunday from 6pm-11pm on the ground floor of CC Blooms on Greenside Place. Hosted by Legendary Drag DJ Jon Pleased Wimmin and with performances by The Fabulous Kickettes, with the emphasis on fun, showing off and generally acting like teenagers. The music policy is right across the board from classic 70's, 80's, 90's & 00'

s wonkypop, disco, trash, high energy & new wave right through to the most exciting sounds of the moment. We also have our legendary 'Wheel of Four-Tunes' which gets spun by you and whichever genre/artist/category it lands on dictates the music for the next half hour. We do monthly themes so check our wall for the latest info on what's coming up. Please check our timeline for news / mixes to stream and video and photo posts.
