🪿💕 Our little SILLY GOOSE is ONE! 🎂

I'm a little late sharing this gorgeous girl's cake smash, but she's far too cute not to have her moment on the grid! 🥹

One of my absolute favourite things about being a photographer is welcoming my newborn babies back for their first birthday! It's so lovely seeing how much they've grown and watching their little personalities shine through!

Kenna is such a little character, and this brand new Silly Goose theme couldn't have suited her better! 🪿

And here's the cutest thing... when you say "silly goose" to her, she actually does this adorable little head tilt! Honestly, it's the sweetest thing ever!

We also had to bring back her little mint jumper from her newborn session, and guess what? She almost fits into it now! 😂 Still a little bit of growing to do!

Meet Peach 🐾🤍 The very gorgeous new addition to Alex and Jamie’s family!

I’ve known Alex and Jamie for years, so when they got their beautiful little retriever pup, Peach, obviously she needed her very own newborn shoot! 😂

And I can confirm… photographing a puppy is every bit as hard as photographing a newborn baby! Possibly harder. Peach definitely had her own ideas about how the shoot should go.

But these pictures are absolutely priceless. 🥹

Those perfect paws, little baby teeth, cute button nose and all those gorgeous puppy details that change so ridiculously quickly. I’m so glad we captured her while she’s still this small.

Alex and Jamie are usually the ones keeping everyone else moving, between personal training and dancing, but I have a feeling Peach might be the one keeping them on their toes now! 🐶

Welcome to the family, Peach. You are absolutely adorable. 🤍

Oh Baby Gia! 🥹💕

It was so lovely to have this gorgeous girl back in the studio, and she was absolute perfection! Such a happy little soul, and her expressions are just THE BEST. 😍😂

And that giant cupcake didn’t stand a chance! 🧁🤣 Gia was straight in there and covered in buttercream within about three seconds! No hesitation whatsoever!

She had the BEST time — eating, squishing, exploring and getting completely covered in cake. She just loves everything and brings so much happiness wherever she goes. 💕

Honestly, it was SO hard to choose just 20 images to share from this massive gallery — there are far too many favourites! Every expression is priceless.

'Tara’s Cake Smash'

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of following Tara’s journey since she was still in her mummy’s tummy, so seeing her back in the studio for her cake smash was incredibly special.

And what a little character she has become!

Tara was far too interested in exploring everything to simply sit still with her cake. 😂 She wanted to investigate every corner of the studio, and her gorgeous, sassy personality shone through from start to finish.

The expressions this little girl has are just brilliant — every photo seems to capture a different side of her personality! 🥰

I absolutely loved her hot air balloon theme against the rainbow backdrop too. So pretty, colourful and fun — it suited this little adventurer perfectly!

Happy 1st Birthday, Tara! Keep being your wonderfully curious, cheeky little self.

My boy Daniel turns 15! 🥹❤️

And this photo takes me right back to where it all started…

14 years ago, I did my very first cake smash — for my own little boy. 🥰 A drum-themed cake smash for Daniel, who was just one year old and completely unaware that this little photoshoot would be the beginning of something that would become such a huge part of my life.

Since then, I’ve had the absolute privilege of creating cake smash memories for so many amazing families.

Looking at Daniel now, I realise more than ever just how important those photographs are. Because somehow, in the blink of an eye, that tiny cake-smashing baby is suddenly 15… and getting him in front of my camera is a whole different story! 😂🙈

It really is such a cliché, but they grow up SO fast.

One minute they’re covered in cake, and the next they’re teenagers who would rather be anywhere than in front of a camera! 😆
So make the most of it. Take the photos. Capture the messy faces, the little hands, the cuddles, the giggles and all those tiny details you think you’ll remember forever.
Because one day, you’ll look back and realise just how quickly it all went.
So if you’ve been thinking about booking that cake smash, family session or birthday photoshoot… don’t wait.

There is something so incredibly special about capturing those first family moments after welcoming a new baby.

Everley Rose’s newborn session was full of love, but the family pictures were definitely some of my favourites. Her wonderful big brother, Charlie, was so gentle and caring with his new baby sister—it absolutely melted my heart. 🥹

The way he looked at her, cuddled close and proudly took on his new role was just beautiful to witness. These are the moments that change so quickly, and I feel so lucky to be able to capture them for families to treasure forever.

🎉⛳ Happy 1st Birthday, William! ⛳🎉

William had a brilliant time celebrating his first birthday with this amazing golf-themed cake smash! 🏌️‍♂️🎂

I absolutely love this new theme — the colours were just perfect! It was honestly so hard to choose just a few images to share from this brilliant session.

William has so many funny expressions and we even managed to capture some fantastic action shots with the golf balls!

What a fun way to celebrate turning ONE! 🎉
