I met this fellow in the park not too long ago tidying the flowers under the memorial tree. He was very nice and told me about his work in the gardens as well as a wee history of the memorial tree before we took this portrait.

It's good to be able to chat to people who you wouldn't usually and I'm very thankful that photography continues to allow me make these connections. I'm reminded of how I fell in love with taking picture in the first place 📸
