Hey film makers, how would you feel about shooting at 25ASA/ISO for your projects?

This is a reel of 8mm film brought in by a customer today, family memories from the early 1960s. Most of the footage on this spool was shot outdoors in full sun so exposure was not a problem.

But if you had to shoot with this stock today, what techniques and equipment would you use for your interiors to get to your exposure? Get creative with your solutions and share your thoughts below!

It's amazing how it seems the Scottish government and it's agencies are completely failing the Scottish TV and film industry by continued dithering on where an international-class film studio should be placed and who should be involved in it.

CS and SE seem to feel like they have some kind of God-like authority over the who and the where, that a studio needs their blessing and their involvement to go ahead. They're calling for private investment whilst private investment is sitting waiting on a narrow-minded council decision to break ground.

Creative Scotland is thoroughly not for purpose and should have the screen industries portfolio taken away from them!
