I grew up in Poland where I’ve received Master degree at Wrocław University in Engineering and Economics faculty. My love of photography began at that time but I never felt brave enough to follow my dreams until I have moved into Edinburgh. There I’ve attended to Edinburgh College and received my BA in photography. When I photograph, I choose the elements that I wish to freeze in time, making cons
cious decisions to capture natural lines and patterns or graphically appealing designs. I always focus on attention to details. My goal is to tell the story of food within a frame. As a photographer and mother, I look at the subject of nutrition from different perspectives. That is the reason why my work is not limited to mouth-watering food images. Food is not only what we see on the plate and necessary for human being energy. In my work, I’m focusing on food as on philosophy, which deals with many of the existential and social problems in the 21st century. I’m always ready to experiment with food as a subject of matter.
