Anna Moffat Photography Photographing people and content in Edinburgh and beyond. I am an Edinburgh based photographer specialising in taking beautiful photos of babies and kids.

My style is very natural and I aim for a mix of studio and candid shots during a baby shoot, which can happen in your own home or in my home in Portobello. For tiny babies I always include the detail shots of their little feet etc and aim to get a mix of sleepy and alert shots. I don't overly 'pose' babies or use many props (think neutral soft blankets rather than baby-in-a-basket). My style is si

mple and natural; the main focus of the photo is always your beautiful baby. For bigger kids I love meeting outdoors - the beach, the botanics, Holyrood Park or somewhere special to your family. That way the kids are free to run around while I capture their personalities - there's no 'stand still and say cheese', just lots of fun and natural shots. Bill Gates was in conversation with Infosys co-founder and chairman Nandan Nilkani and the discussion was hosted by Zanny Minton Beddoes, Editor in Chief of The Econimist. It was fascinating to listen to this conversation which covered topics including climate change, war and AI.
