We're Ryan and Lina, thanks for taking the time to look at some of our work. We're full-time, professional wedding photographers based in Edinburgh and have been working together in this wonderful industry since 2010. We're very fortunate that our work takes us all over the country, photographing our happy couples in idyllic settings. From beautiful churches, castles and manor houses to tipis, isl

ands and boats, we have had the privilege of documenting over 500 amazing and unique weddings together. What a journey it's been so far, and showing no sign of slowing down! To us, love is ultimately what a wedding is all about: two people who love and care for one another enough to choose to spend the rest of their lives together. We’re there to unobtrusively capture the very essence of that emotion as you celebrate your commitment to one another, using a relaxed and personal approach throughout. We shoot mostly from a distance, blending in to document all of those special moments and events as they naturally unfold, stepping in only where agreed. We want you to relax and be yourselves, have a bit of fun and enjoy the experience - the pictures will reflect that. Our combined contemporary and documentary styles of photography results in an exquisite collection of natural and striking wedding photographs that we hope you will enjoy for many years. We understand that no two weddings are alike, so although we offer set packages please feel free to send us your requirements and we would be happy to provide you with a bespoke photography quotation. After stealing a few quiet moments together for some portraits around the incredible grounds of Neidpath Castle, it was time to head back and celebrate with all of their favourite people. From the heartfelt speeches (and plenty of laughter!) to an evening packed with dancing, hugs, and unforgettable moments, it was the perfect way to round off such an amazing day.

Thank you again to Rachael & Chris for trusting us to capture every chapter of your wedding story. It was an absolute privilege to be part of such a warm, joyful celebration, and we wish you both a lifetime of happiness together. ❤️

Rachael & Chris ✨ Neidpath Castle

What an incredible day from start to finish at the stunning Neidpath Castle. Every moment was filled with so much love, laughter, and joy, and it was an absolute pleasure to capture such a beautiful celebration.

Rachael looked absolutely incredible in her Justin Alexander gown from 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢, while her bridesmaids looked equally fabulous after being pampered by the talented Helen McNeill and Meigan Alessandra | Bridal Hair Scotland & Europe. Every detail came together perfectly, making for a truly unforgettable day.

Anak & John ✨ Family and friends came together from the Netherlands, Belgium and Scotland to celebrate this wonderful couple, starting with their ceremony at St Columba's Free Church in Edinburgh. Afterwards we headed out to explore the Old Town, exploring cobbled streets and hidden closes to find some stunning locations for their photos. What an incredibly special day to have been part of! Scotland certainly turned on the charm for Caroline & Kevin's gorgeous summer wedding at Thirlestane Castle. ☀️

With family and friends travelling from far and wide, there couldn't have been a more magical setting to celebrate these two.

We were so lucky with the sunshine, which made the castle and its grounds look even more spectacular.

Caroline looked absolutely breathtaking in her Suzanne Neville gown from Rachel Scott Couture, while Kevin and the boys looked incredibly smart in their kilts from Balgone Kilts. Their heartfelt Humanist ceremony by Nick Allan was the perfect start to an unforgettable day, and Kelly from Wildflower & Willow filled the castle with the most beautiful flowers.

It was such a pleasure working alongside Gary & Jason from Knoxland Films, and as always, a huge thank you to the wonderful Thirlestane Castle team for looking after everyone so well. And we can honestly say we'd happily let Craig and the team at Wilde Thyme feed us every day! 😍

When two Americans meet and fall in love in Germany, of course the obvious place for their dream wedding is the stunning Borthwick Castle in Scotland!

What an incredible day celebrating Amy & Kyle’s wedding. From the moment we arrived until the very last dance, we had the absolute best time with this wonderful couple and their amazing family and friends.

And can we just talk about the Highland cows?! We were honestly just as excited as everyone else when the guests headed outside for what they thought was a group photo… only to be greeted by the gorgeous Rab & Heather from the lovely team at Crazy Critters! Such a brilliant surprise.

Some stories are simply meant to be. Olivia and Charles first crossed paths at St Andrews University, then by chance reconnected 10 years later, and the rest is history. 🤍

Their wedding day was the result of months of planning across London, Dubai and Edinburgh, with family travelling all the way from Australia to celebrate with them. From the loveliest, most relaxed morning getting ready with an incredible bridal party, to a day filled with so much love, laughter and happy tears, it was an absolute joy to be part of.

We'll never walk past the cherry blossom trees at Canongate Kirk again without thinking of you two. Congratulations, Olivia & Charles 🌸

✨ Kiah & Ed's gorgeous winter wedding at Winton Castle ✨

It's been a busy start to the year, and we're finally getting around to posting this fabulous wedding from the 3rd of January. Our first wedding of 2026… and honestly, what a way to kick off the year 🤍

It was an incredible day from start to finish. We absolutely loved the relaxed, personal feel of the whole celebration, especially Kiah & Ed having a little moment to themselves before walking into the ceremony together. Such a special moment to witness.

Their gorgeous, personal ceremony by Humanist Society Scotland celebrant Lara Celini was the perfect way to start their celebrations.

Fabulous, heartfelt speeches, speedshot group photos, sparklers, a fabulous ceilidh and even a hunt for wedding favours under the Christmas tree … what more could you ask for? ✨ We even got a special bauble as a memento from their gorgeous wedding day.

We’re also always thrilled when Suzanne Christie is booked as the make-up artist. She’s just wonderful, and had Kiah looking absolutely fabulous from morning right through into the ceilidh!

“The most romantic sweet place I ever saw” 🤍 Poet Robert Burns described Dunglass Collegiate Church this way back in 1787, and honestly… we couldn’t agree more. Is it possible to find a more romantic setting for your wedding ceremony than this beautifully preserved 15th-century Gothic kirk?

Huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Maxwell ✨ What a spectacular day at the beautiful Dunglass Estate. It truly was a gorgeous day from start to finish. Even with hail, snow, rain and sunshine all within the space of an hour, you both smiled and laughed through every second of it!

We absolutely loved documenting your day, especially your lovely, personal ceremony inside the stunning old kirk. It’s always such a pleasure returning to Dunglass, certainly one of the most scenic and romantic wedding settings in Scotland.

Jenny and Craig, thank you both for trusting us with such a special part of your lives. We hope you love these photographs as much as we loved capturing them.
