Wanderings with my camera - Dougie Mathieson's photography An archive of images taken mainly in and around Edinburgh & the Lothians These images are primarily a visual diary of my local wanderings from 2009 to 2017.

We are fortunate here in Edinburgh to be blessed with such a variety of landscapes, from historic castles and man-made structures to the lochs, hills, and woodlands within easy reach of the city centre. The photographs were taken mainly with a basic point-and-shoot camera for ease of transportation, plus occasional forays with my DSLR (Panasonic Lumix G10). Post-processing is done with the free im

age editing software PhotoFiltre. All images are available for re-use under the Creative Commons agreement - acknowledgement appreciated :)
