My name is Lukasz Krzysztof Augustyniak — a Polish-born, Edinburgh-based director of scripted film and television, visual artist, and founder of the Cinema Chef universe. With over 20 years of experience in filmmaking, photography, and performance, I create work that blends cinematic precision with emotional rawness — bold visuals that feel intimate, poetic, and alive. , a documentary filmed in Nairobi, Kenya, and have produced projects ranging from music videos and branded stories to live studio shows and fire performances. Recently, I directed the 3-camera studio production Beyond the Spotlights and served as 1st Assistant Director on the scripted pilot Shadows of the Silver Screen. I am currently studying BA (Hons) Film, Television & Media at Edinburgh Napier University, building a pathway as a scripted director, supported by experience as an AD.
