Modern Luxe Club Shoot day pop offff!!

Huge thanks to who created an amazing collaborative space to work and get creative!

Having worked with Lauren through her associate business I knew her curation of the day would epic! Along with a list of fabulous suppliers, it didn’t disappoint!

Our Model couple brought the vibes as usual!

Always a huge fan of shooting outside of weddings, to get inspired, put new techniques to practice and work alongside others! Love to learn from fellow industry talents and create a sense of community! 10/10

OLIVE & ALEXANDER NICOL
My grandparents and where the name came from!

When starting out, I wasn’t quite sure where I wanted my business name and branding to go. I always thought my own name was a little.. meh! Being a bit of a sentimental soul,
I chose a name that had meaning and also sounded a little cooler than mine! 😂
My Papa, Alec was a photography enthusiast and always remember him fondly carrying his Voigtlander in the brown case.
He’d love to show film slides on his projector from travels gone by.

So Olive Alexander photography seemed fitting 🤍

I quickly realised that it would appear OA was actually my name and was a little niave to think anyone outside the little town I grew up in would know it was actually me at the helm.
😂😂

A couple of years down the line, with a little more direction for my brand, it’s time for a change!
I think they’d be proud of far my little business has gone and as much as I hold my current branding close to my heart it’s time for a little something more me! A little more STEPH NICOL
