Not long now! In our 10th year, The free European Land Art Festival runs from 14th-19th July 2026 in Dunbar Scotland and we can’t wait. The European rock stacking championships will see many artists come from across the globe to compete for the title once again. And our host of workshops creating mandalas, stone stacking and plenty more will be happening. Bands Night Caller, Mal and The Motley will be playing in The Legion on Friday and Saturday night. Be sure to check our links for tickets for them.

I think this is the last piece we created at the first Welsh land art event hosted by Rachel Shiamh a Quiet Earth. It was an amazing few days in September 2025. I've just finished editing a film of it that will be posted soon.
We all chipped in to make this Larch needle spiral in a beautiful wood. With Jon Foreman: Sculpt The World Layla Parkin and Tim Hoekstra (DutchBeardArt). Followed by a skinny dip in the pool.

No AI. Each one of these land art pieces holds a sweet memory for me. The quiet, the concentration, the peace, the joy and sometimes of course the frustration. Even when the wind or the wave comes and you have to start again, I’ve learnt to see the perfection in those moments. Spending time on your passion is a great teacher and has changed how I see the world.
