Yesterday I had the great pleasure to meet and photograph Daisy. Before we took this photo we chatted about life, work, the passage of time, and found a common love of Greek mythology. Through that conversation we settled on a concept for the portrait, which I think turn out beautifully.
I could have chatted with Daisy for much longer but all things that begin, must have an end so we wrapped up the session with the agreement that I will visit her library soon for a tour of the interesting books kept there.
I chose the music which accompanies this post in honour of Daisy’s tattoo of Daphne, the naiad nymph.
