Peak District - Winter Edition❄️✨🤍

I find myself drawn to the Peaks most when they are at their coldest. There is something so romantic about the solitude of a frozen trail; it makes the world feel smaller, more intimate. I’ve searched for the word to best describe the entire, overwhelming spectacle that is the Peak District in autumn. Beautiful is too general; vibrant too flat. The immense, rolling complexity of the scenes simply outpace our vocabulary. It is a profound, fiery visual experience for which the English language remains beautifully inadequate.

Well, hello there! It's been quiet on the page since March, as I've been too busy being always outside, always exploring to stop and go through all my captures! The sea is my constant companion, my muse. I am drawn to its ever-changing moods, its endless rhythm of the tides. The sea is my escape, my solace, my inspiration. It is in my blood, in my soul.
