Watch the moment it changes đź‘€

First, what the camera records. Flat, grey, built to hold every bit of detail.

Then, what your members see. Shadows, contrast, the weight of the lift.

Nobody books a session from flat footage. Every clip we film is shot in log and graded by hand, so the gym looks the way it feels at 6am with the bar loaded.

But footage is only half the job. Behind every post we build the system that catches the people it brings in, tracks where each lead came from, follows up in seconds and books them in.

Content that gets attention. A system that turns it into members.

Comment VISUALS and we’ll show you what your gym could look like.

Members don’t cancel. They just stop coming.

Week one, they’re in four times.
Week three, twice.
Week five, once.
Week eight, the cancellation email lands, and that’s the first anyone hears about it.

By then it’s not a conversation. It’s a decision they made a month ago.

The signs were there the whole time.
Visits dropping off.
A class they always booked, suddenly not booked.
Nobody noticed, because nobody’s job is to notice.
You’re coaching, the front desk is busy, and the software tracks payments, not people.

The fix isn’t a better cancellation form.
It’s catching the drop-off while they’re still a member:

A check-in message when visits fall below their usual.
A nudge from their coach, not a generic newsletter.
A reason to come back this week, before “I’ll go next week” becomes “I’ll cancel”.

Keeping a member you’ve already got costs far less than finding a new one.

Most gyms just never see them leaving.

If you couldn’t name the five members most likely to cancel this month, DM us ENGINE and we’ll show you how to spot them.

Eighteen months ago we went all in, and said yes to everything.

Gyms. Galas. Cabaret stages. Wedding breakfasts. Barbers. Bodybuilding shows. Christmas shoots. Boxing rings at midnight. The odd rooftop.

We filmed all of it, because that’s how you find out what you’re good at, what you love, and who you actually want to work with.

Somewhere along the way the answer got loud. Gyms. The coaches, the members, the owners building something from nothing.

So that’s where we’ve put everything. Wyld Visuals makes the content. Wyld Engine builds what happens after someone sees it: the lead capture, the follow up and the systems that keep members coming back.

Same kit bag. Same early starts. A much clearer idea of why we’re doing it.

It’s been some journey, and we’re only getting started. Thank you to every client who trusted us along the way. 🤍

Most gym owners have been told one of two things…

Either “you need a proper camera for content” or “just film on your phone, nobody cares about quality anymore.” Both are half right.

The real question isn’t which is better.
It’s what the clip has to do.

Use your phone for:
- Member Q&As in the changing room or at reception.
Raw behind the scenes: setting up, coaching cues, the chat after class.
- Quick Stories that disappear in 24 hours.
- Anything timely, where posting it today matters more than it looking perfect.
- Anything where real beats polished.

Bring in the camera for:
- Your ads. People decide in a second whether you look worth their money.
- Your website and Google listing. It’s the first impression for anyone who’s never walked in.
- Coach and owner pieces. The talking bit is what people connect with, so it needs to look and sound right.
- Hero videos for launches, open days and offers.
Anything that will still be working for you in six months.

Here’s the simple test. If someone sees this before they’ve ever met you, it needs to look like the gym you’ve actually built. If they already know you, real and quick wins every time.

The mistake isn’t filming on your phone. It’s using your phone for the moments that have to make a first impression, then wondering why the ads don’t land.

Save this for the next time you’re deciding what to film yourself.

And if the camera side is the bit you never get round to, DM us VISUALS and we’ll show you what one shoot day covers.

October. November. December.

The last three months of the year are where most people ease off. We don’t.

Early starts in the car.
Late nights in the edit.
Event floors at the NEC, CrossFit classes, dark gyms at the end of the day.

Locked in until the year’s done.

This is what goes into the content we make for gyms, fitness brands and events.

Filmed properly, edited properly, built to work for you!

Videographer and content creator, Sussex and UK-wide.

If you want to finish your year strong, DM us.

The last couple of months have been the busiest we’ve had.

New gyms coming on board. Early starts before the first class. Late nights in the edit. More shoot days in the diary than ever.

And honestly, this is the bit we love. Sitting a gym owner down in front of the camera and letting them say why they started. That’s the stuff members actually connect with. Not the kit, not the offer, the person behind it.

Every one of these days ends the same way: a month of content the owner doesn’t have to think about, built around what makes their gym theirs.

We’re stepping things up from here. More gyms, more systems, more of this.

If you’ve been meaning to sort your gym’s content and keep putting it off, DM us VISUALS and we’ll show you what one shoot day turns into.

January is 13 weeks away.

Every gym plans for it.

Almost nobody plans for the first Monday back, when a weekend of enquiries has landed and you’re on the floor coaching.

You didn’t open a gym to spend its busiest month glued to your phone between classes.

The gyms that win January aren’t the ones posting the most that week.

They’re the ones who used October to fix the follow-up: a reply to every enquiry within minutes, a text back on every missed call, a reminder before every trial and a nudge after it.

November to bank the content.

December to wake up everyone who asked about joining this year and never did.

Then in January, you coach. The system does the chasing.

If that follow-up isn’t built yet, October is the month to build it.

DM us ENGINE and we’ll show you what it looks like for your gym.
