When you’re healing and you begin to understand your power, your worth, and you demand space for yourself, that is when you become unstoppable.

It might not feel it. But every day that you turn up for yourself, you are acknowledging your self-belief. Let them under estimate you, and walk on by as you say no their BS!

She is water. Powerful enough to drown you, soft enough to cleanse you, deep enough to save you.

I think this quote is a beautiful reflection on femininity and the exquisite power we all have inside us.

This is the second time Charlie has visited the studio and the growth in her confidence was tangible. And I was there for it ALL!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing you beautiful people blossom in front of my eyes. It’s the exact reason these empowerment sessions need to be apart of everyone’s life. Growth, self-love, healing and embracing your unique place in this crazy world is the ultimate levelling up!

Finding that ‘thing’ that brings you back to life, when life gets heavy is vital. For Lucy, a trial in a kickboxing dojo flicked a switch and it’s become her wellbeing focus.
