I realised recently that I spend so much time sharing beautiful couples and families, that I rarely share myself properly.

So hey! I’m Alexandra 🤍

The person usually lying on the floor for the perfect angle, fixing veils, entertaining toddlers, carrying emergency hair pins, and crying behind the camera during speeches.

I’ve photographed love stories for over 14 years now and somehow still feel emotional every single wedding day.

I love:

There’s something truly special about the quiet of a wedding morning.

The soft hum of excitement, the gentle laughter, the clink of teacups and in the middle of it all, the magic happening as hair and makeup come together.

I love these moments more than I can put into words.
They’re calm, unfiltered, and full of anticipation, where everything still feels slow, before the day begins to unfold.

Watching talented artists transform not just how you look, but how you feel, that little smile when you catch your reflection, the deep breath, the “this is really happening” moment, it’s all part of your story.

These are the memories that often go unnoticed, but they’re some of the most meaningful.
And I feel so lucky to capture them 🤍

Because before the dress, before the aisle…

Some sessions stay with you long after the camera is packed away and this was one of them. 🤍

This beautiful family travelled all the way from Norway to return to the stunning Winton Castle, the place where they said I do to celebrate their anniversary in the most meaningful way.

To be trusted to capture not only their love story continuing, but the family they have built since that day, was such an honour. Moments like these are exactly why photography matters so much, freezing time, celebrating connection, and preserving the chapters that come after the wedding day.

From two people in love, to a family full of life, laughter and memories. What a privilege it was to document this milestone in such a special place.
