at Sledmere House was a big hit with the kids over the weekend. Only over two weekends, it's a great opportunity to see 200 or so red deer up close 😃

Long time no post! It's been a while since I had the big camera out but was lucky enough to visit North Wales last weekend.

This shot of Point of Ayr Lighthouse was probably my pick from the weekend. Now to do more! Have a great weekend guys 😊

Time stood still as I searched for Bluebells in a nearby wood, until the sun went down that is! I preferred this to all of the Bluebell shots taken that day ⏳

In the absence of shooting time, I finally got around to doing some printing! The choice of a Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper for this lighthouse shot gives it a beautiful watercolour feel to it, I almost felt bad putting glass in front of it!

If anyone is interested in purchasing a print, please just contact me via PM for options / prices.

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and all the best for 2019 :)

Another couple taken at the Devil's Pulpit, Finnich Glen. Decided to go for a different type of shot this time, using a longer lens instead of the usual wide angle. Place was jumping, apparently owing it's popularity to a TV show called Outlander? I wouldn't have minded so much, but there was litter everywhere 😡😔 With any luck the popularity will die down rather than this amazing place being destroyed.

An OOF Ben Lomond in the background of this wintry shot, taken from near Ingliston Equestrian Centre and looking North past Dumbarton Rock. The lovely warm tones on the peak don't tell just how cold it was!
