The wedding industry is loud right now and not always in ways that protects LGBTQ+ folk.
From exclusionary vendors to harmful policy guidance, it’s clear that inclusivity isn’t a buzzword. It’s a responsibility ✨
💖 You deserve for your wedding photos to feel like home, have a safe space with your suppliers & feel confident in the people you’re inviting in to your wedding day
2020 was our light bulb moment, knowing that we wanted to serve the LGBTQ+ community as well as starting LGBTQ+ Wedding Workshop & Training 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 Hosting a workshop that the wedding industry can learn from & grow with, because we all need to do better and do more 💕

Oh my gosh THIS WEDDING! 💖
We’d been waiting for Katie [she/her] & Ellie [she/her] wedding for so long & it did not disappoint. These two felt like friends when it came to their day & even more at the end of the day- you spend a lot of time with your photographers on your wedding day it’s so important that you’re comfortable with them 🥰

These two came all the way from Finland, with some of their closest family to get married in a gorgeous Scottish castle. A few shots from their gorgeous day, on digital & 35mm 🎞️
This wedding gets me excited now, even looking back on their gallery months and months later. The small editorial touches whilst keeping candid through the day, small intimate weddings have a certain feel to them, and I adore being part of that. We never tire of how special this job is & how lucky we are to photograph love & connection

Gorgeous Robyn (she/her) & Mhairi (she/her) had the cutest day, I don’t believe we’re just sharing it now. These two got ready together, had the coolest dresses, celebrated with their friends with an outdoor ceremony and celebrated with great food & cake!

Hiiiiii! We’re just here to remind you that weddings are political ✨
We see so much about how you shouldn’t bring politics into your business, yet it’s so important to understand weddings & marriage are rooted in politics.
We want marriage equality, we want weddings to feel about radical love & joy, to know where traditions come from & plan your day your way. To do this though, understanding how political they are is a step towards this. Being aware of the lack of representation & taking accountability where you vote directly affects folks getting married.
We love having open conversations about this & was so glad to hear it bought up at “holding space”, which is an anti-racism space held monthly 💕
