I'm over a month late to the party and I'm sure everyone knows by now, but I want to congratulate my sister for winning the title of Miss England World. If that in itself wasn't admirable enough, the way she's managed to balance her long hours at work as a doctor and her campaigning for is truly impressive.

I wish her the best of luck for the Miss World competition later on this year in London and if you guys haven't voted for her yet, make sure to do so - the instructions are on her page.
