All my items can be personalised and I can make items to your individual specifications. I will only charge postage and packing at cost, all items will be weighed in its packaging so no profit is made from postal charges. I would suggest that all items are posted recorded delivery as I cannot be held responsible for any items going lost or damaged in the post unless insurance is taken out. I will

I will require a 50% deposit for all personalised, bespoke items or wedding stationery as I have been let down at last minute in the past and items had to be destroyed as they could not be altered.
