Proper emotional speeches, gorgeous weather from start to finish (no great surprise given this year’s ridiculous heatwave ☀️) and just a genuinely lovely day with lovely people.

A few weeks ago with Sarah & Derek 🤍

Not every wedding involves hiking to the top of Thorpe Cloud for the ceremony… but this one did. Probably one of the more physically demanding wedding days I’ve photographed, but absolutely worth it.

Such a lovely, relaxed day in one of the best bits of the Peak District and we even managed to get the Dovedale stepping stones to ourselves for a few minutes.

Definitely one I won’t forget in a hurry!

A little evening wander at Pheasantry Brewery.

I love photographing here. So much space, so much variety, and no need to overthink it. Every direction you turn gives you another gorgeous backdrop.

Good light, a quiet ten minutes away from everyone, and nothing forced. Exactly how couple photos should feel.

A Star Wars inspired wedding with a full-on lightsaber battle instead of a first dance. The Force was definitely strong with this one!

And the photo? Not posed. River and Hannah just stopped for a kiss at the top of the stairs. I hit the shutter.
