Rhea and Will had one of the most beautiful ceremonies I’ve seen in my 12 years of wedding photography… to the point that I don’t actually want to share all of the emotional photos I took!

Those ones are for their eyes only!

(It’s a tricky balance knowing what to and what not to share on social media sometimes and I’m always very conscious of this balance!)

Sarah and Will having an absolute belter of a day at Shottle Hall in Derbyshire on Friday 💚

And what an absolute scorcher it was… not that the weather slowed them or their guests down from enjoying the wedding to the absolute max!

As a wedding photographer who absolutely loves colour, Shottle Hall is one of my favourite venues to shoot at in Derbyshire - even with the ever lasting heatwaves of the summer there’s still so much greenery to enjoy!

Hannah & Callum’s Sheffield wedding at Bradfield Church + Niagara Centre and wow, what a day. 💚

From line dancing at bridal prep to an absolutely packed dancefloor in the evening this was the kind of day that just did. Not. Stop! Hats off to Hannah, Callum and their friends and family for bringing the energy all day!

To me being a wedding photographer is simply blending in as much as possible while documenting two people in love, celebrating with their friends and family. It really is that simple. But I’m not sure there is a way that Zoe, Merv and all of their guests could have made my job any easier than they did. Yesterday was one of those days where no matter what direction I pointed the camera there was joy to be seen.

Big congratulations to Lydia and David who tied the knot yesterday at The Kedleston Country House ! Apart from being so lovely themselves I felt so welcomed by all of their guests too, what a lovely bunch!

Something I want to do more of this year is share more photos of guests as I don’t think I accurately represent on instagram just how many photos of guests I capture at weddings 😂 and as much as people want nice pictures of themselves, they want photos of the ones they choose to spend their big day with too!!
