Hey, I am Olivia, wife to my amazing husband and mum to my two beautiful children and two slightly mad dogs. And we all live in Derbyshire. I have always loved taking photos but life took me on a different path before I followed my creative side. I have gone from Army life as a biomedical scientist, followed by being a science teacher to finally following my creative passion as a photographer. Fas

t forward a couple of years and I now have published photos in national magazines, worked with several charities, family run companies and won awards with the Guild of Photographers. Along the way I have met and photographed some fantastic couples and families! If I'm not out photographing I love to be outdoors with my family and dogs or building epic train tracks with my little boy. I LOVE family photoshoots, weddings with country, rustic vibes! What's not to love about this job - I get to share your story and capture your moments! Most couples spend months hoping for sunshine on their wedding day.

E & J got a thunderstorm instead.

And honestly? It couldn’t have suited them better.

There were tears before the ceremony, muddy feet in the rain, ice creams in the courtyard, confetti everywhere, and the kind of laughter that makes you forget the weather entirely.

The best wedding photos rarely happen because everything goes to plan. They happen when people stop worrying about the plan and throw themselves into the day anyway.

First time at Norwood Park, and it absolutely delivered.
Sun pouring in, champagne flowing, and Taylor Swift setting the tone for the drive out to the couples shoot — which honestly summed up the whole day.

Laid-back, joy-filled, a little bit chaotic in the best way… with those big laugh-out-loud moments and the kind of tears you don’t hold back. Even the staff were caught up in it all 🤍

What a way to kick off the season.

Doing your wedding your way.

These two made the day completely their own. They got ready together, walked into their ceremony side by side, and laughed their way through the rain.

Because sometimes weddings look less like perfect sunshine…
and more like sharing an umbrella and not caring in the slightest.

Bring your dog.
Laugh when it rains (because let’s be honest — this is England).
Skip the awkward poses that don’t feel like you.

Focus on the things that actually matter.

The little personal details.
The people you love.
And having a bloody good time together.

If doing your wedding your way is your thing…
it’s mine too.

And also any wedding with a dog in a bow tie is already a good one in my opinion

The bit after the couples pics….one word….carnage! And the best kind! This was such a bloody fab wedding! Tipi in their field, big laughs, lots of dancing and lots of drinking…. just one big summer party. Can’t wait to share more of this one.

Couples Request….

Natural moments.
Family being family.
Laughing with their friends.
Nan getting involved (which she absolutely did).
All the little details that made their day theirs.

They also mentioned they’re not the biggest fans of having their photo taken…
but honestly, you’d never know.

From my point of view—every wedding is unique, and these two were just perfect.
When you’re welcomed in and made to feel like part of the day, the most natural moments happen without effort… and that’s where the magic is.
