🏢 **Roof Inspection for Pigeon-Related Issues** 🦅

I recently had the opportunity to assess a roof for a concerned individual dealing with the incessant noise caused by roosting pigeons. 🏠

Pigeons, along with other birds, often find refuge under solar panels to escape predators and inclement weather, using these spaces as safe nesting spots. ☀️🪶

However, the accumulation of nesting materials and droppings not only diminishes the efficiency of the panels but also leads to blockages in gutters and downpipes, as visually evident in this instance. 🚧🪠

Coupled with the noise factor and the potential hazard of chewed cables, this issue becomes more than just a minor inconvenience – it's a persistent problem that requires intervention. ⚡🔌🐦

By capturing these images, the tenant now has substantial evidence to engage with both the landlord and the solar panel provider. This empowers them to initiate discussions about thorough gutter and pipe cleaning, implementing pigeon-proof measures for the panels, and ultimately, restoring peaceful nights of sleep. 😴🛏️
