☀️🏍️💨 TODAYS ROADSIDE SHOOT 🚙💨☀️

📸 HELMSLEY 📸

I’m on my way to my usual spot on the Helmsley TT route I normally shoot. 📸 I’m only going to be out for a few hours, not all day I have other commitments later on.

I should land within the next hour and start shooting from 11:30am 📸🏍️💨 the heat is going to be a corker today with highs of 27! 🥵 stay hydrated & safe, heat exhaustion can happen so fast. I’ll see you all out there 😝

🏁 SUPPORTING THE NEXT GENERATION OF RACING TALENT 🏍️💨

What a fantastic evening photographing local motorcycle racer Carl Harris at Manor Farm Café in Bellerby on Thursday evening.

At just 19 years old, Richmond lad Carl is chasing his dream of making it to the very top of motorcycle racing. He's currently competing in the British Superbike Championship support paddock with Leon Haslam's ROKiT Rookies Team.

Carl has already shown what he's capable of, taking five race wins during the 2024 British Superteen Championship and finishing 5th overall.

There's also a generational talent behind Carl — he's the son of the late Karl “Bomber” Harris, a hugely respected name in British motorcycle racing.

The evening was all about getting behind Carl, raising funds and showing just how much support there is for a talented young rider from our area. There was a fantastic atmosphere, some great bikes, live music, a fundraising raffle and, of course, the chance to meet Carl himself.

📸 I was lucky enough to photograph the event and capture some of the evening along with Bike Night.
