We met up with for some epic Marsh Harrier action - check out his images.

We went along to to capture the Pine Martens.

October on the west coast is an amazing month beautiful light, birds of prey very active, the red squirrels are getting fat for winter and of course the Ruts!

I want to tell you about a morning I'll never forget. 🦦

I'd just dropped the children at school. The tide was rising, and I knew exactly where I
wanted to be.

There was a female otter I'd been watching for years — and that morning she had her
two cubs with her, and something even more extraordinary that I'd never expected to see.

I had my camera. I didn't use it. Sometimes you just have to put it down and be present
in the moment.

I've written about that morning in our second blog post — along with why Scotland's West Coast is one of the finest wildlife habitats in Europe, what makes otter photography so different from anything else, and why lived knowledge of a place changes everything.

We had 3 kestrel’s fly over circling our wildlife garden 2days ago. That was enough to put Peter into motion. Within 2 hours nest box made and put up 🥰😆 Now we will just have to see what happens 🤞
