This is one of the images I value most and gladly display on my wall. It was created during my HND Graded Unit, and it continues to draw me back every time I revisit it. What fascinates me is how it works from both perspectives — upside down or as shown here. The composition feels balanced either way, and the frame holds its own character and depth.

I really like how this image captures a simple but powerful street moment. The contrast between movement and still architecture, combined with the light, made this corner of Glasgow’s West End impossible to ignore. Sometimes a scene just asks to be framed.

Sometimes you return to where everything began and understand that while time moves forward, the feeling remains unchanged.
I was recently in Lithuania. This year the winter was especially harsh — real, sharp, and full of childhood memories. I wanted to capture every breath of cold air and every line of frost on the rooftops. But this time photography was not the priority. Family was.
We remembered the days when sledges raced faster than our thoughts, when gloves were soaked from snowball fights, and when slightly crooked but beautiful snowmen stood proudly in the yards. Those moments are worth more than any photograph.
Back in Scotland, between work and daily routine, I reviewed the images I managed to take. They may not be technically perfect, the light may not be ideal — but to me, this is more than a view. It is a quiet winter memory.

I rarely enter photography competitions, but it truly means a lot when a quiet image is recognised by respected professionals.
In January 2026, this photograph received recognition in the Documentary category with The Society of Photographers.
A grateful start to the year. Thank you .

I’m not a big fan of social media, and intensive work doesn’t allow me to indulge in photography as often as I’d like. I’ve accumulated many frames from older projects, and I feel it’s time to share them with others.

This photo was taken about a year and a half ago. The weather promised little, yet heavy rain clouds were weaving drama above my head, while colours and light melted into one another.

End-of-year city rhythm. Merry Christmas and a good start to the year ahead. ✨

One of Glasgow’s most iconic and photogenic places. The historic glass and iron structure of Glasgow Central Station, situated above Argyle Street, stands as a testament to 19th-century engineering that still echoes the city’s rhythm beneath it.
In this frame, I aimed to reflect the constant movement, the urgency, and the ever-present pulse of the street.
