Do you ever doubt yourself & your capabilities so you put off doing something, even though you really love it and you have a massive support group who big you up but you sometimes think “are they just saying that cause they feel like they have too?”
Yep. Me too. That’s been me the past 9 months with my camera.
But today I bit the bullet and asked my team if they wanted to get up early for a sunrise walk down along our local beach and then home to change & go rock pooling….
I wasn’t met with the same enthusiasm at 6am this morning compare to when I asked last night but we trotted along anyway and turned out we had the best time. I took along my favourite lens’ and well… I think they’ve turned out ok! Enjoy our early morning beach adventures!

Guess who’s back 💁🏼‍♀️..
Okay so! Turns out trying to hold down a full time job, plan a wedding, throw in a trip to Australia, run a side photography gig, spend time enjoying being a wife (that’s right, I’m now a wife) all gets a bit much at times, so I took a well deserved break!
Don’t get me wrong I was dreading picking up my camera again for the time in what feels like years but I’ve been surrounded myself with people who love & support me and who continue to cheer me on each step of the way.
Please enjoy our fairy afternoon tea party for a special little lady turning 6!

Had an absolute blast at the wedding of Stephen & Leah. I sent them over their sneak peak & since then all I’ve wanted to do is finish the rest of the gallery.

The happiness captured is too special not to share the sneak with you guys & please don’t mind the endless spam that will be coming in the next few weeks! 🤣

A P R O P E R G L O W - U P 🌟

I am my own worst critic. I am awful for it, I think we can be our own worst enemy at times. Sometimes I think I’m not good enough & I compare my work to others who’s been in the industry for a lot longer than I have…
Then I go back and look at pictures I was once “proud” of. These were taken a year & a half apart. That might seem like a long time but while also going through a pandemic it isn’t really 🥵.
I cannot wait to see what happens in the next year & a half….
So this is your daily reminder that you’re on your own path, stop being so hard on yourself, you’ve got this & you can do it! 💖

I’ve been fairly quiet on socials but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy at CMP HQ! Quite the opposite… I took some down tome (which really means picking up my camera to shoot what I want 😂) and of course I choose golf!
10 points if you get the name of course right!
I’m not normally a fan of editing in black in white, it seriously throws me off but I think I might have found a new love…. I’ll let you decide! 🤷🏼‍♀️
Ps. Can you believe I’m going to be lucky enough to call this man my husband in less than 6 months 🥺💖

H A P P Y N E W Y E A R 🥳💖
Okay, real talk!
Just before Christmas our house was in covid jail. All my Christmas mini’s were cancelled. Christmas happened, then new year and before I knew it a whole month had passed and the only place my camera seen was the inside of a bag.
Santa brought me some new camera gear and I was itching to get out & play with it but I found myself with my anxiety levels through the roof because I hadn’t been out in a month and panicked that I had lost it all.
My amazing partner forced me out the door with camera equipment in hand & here is the outcome… We chased after our dog, chatted about life & danced like no one was watching.
For this year I want you all to chase your dreams. I know I certainly will 💖.
