Alan and Beth said "I do" at the stunning New Lanark Mill Hotel, surrounded by their family and friends and—quite literally—a few seasons in one day! 🌞🌧️❄️✨

The day wasn't without its drama, though. We had a real-life Cinderella moment when a shoe met its match with a grate! 👠 But, with a bit of precision and a certain knack, the "captive" footwear was freed and returned to its rightful owner just in time. 😂

From that high-stakes rescue to the picturesque snowfall over the River Clyde, it really was a day full of magic✨️. Huge congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs.! 🍾🥂💝

The Autumnal colours 🍂🍁 held on for Kaye, Richard and their children recently for their photoshoot.
We chose a spot local to me and the location and weather thankfully did not disappoint (we needed to postpone our original date as the rain 🌧☔️never halted). Like many males, dont think Richard had been fair excited at the thought of getting his photos taken 🫣😅.... but by the end I think we had him converted and im sure I heard him say "it wasnt as bad as I thought"!!!!!😁📷😉.

A wee photosession from last month. The hope was that Tinto Hill would be in the background, but the mist settled in early, keeping Tinto firmly hidden🌫.... Honestly, though, it didn't matter one bit! Because the true magic was simply everyone being together - capturing the moment.
I had a great time making/creating memories with the lovely Lawrie families.

Lindsay and Margaret had a very good reason to celebrate🎉 earlier this month as there was a very special wedding anniversary of 60💎 years to mark 🍾🥂.
Family gatherings are extra special especially when 3 generations are all together when the stories from past to present are replayed and told. How lucky I am to be asked to take photos 📷of everyone all together🫶🏻.

Another successful year for Abington & District Agricultural Society Annual Show. Very well done to everyone involved👌🏻!! Everyone was raring to go with their best livestock, baking, crafts and entering their dog(s) into the dog show.
As always it proved a very sociable day from start to finish and this year mother nature did not disapoint as she delivered a whole day of NO RAIN, sunshine🌞 and the added bonus of warmth (think everyone would agree it was about time!).

I had a great day taking photos📷 and certainly added the steps up for the day🏃‍♀️😅.

I had a great time photographing John, Jennifer and family earlier this month at their home on the farm🤠. It was all very relaxed and being at home, Angus and Robyn were complete naturals in front of the camera🥰📷😎. However, just incase - Gran had given Angus a wee tip to keep the smiles coming😁 - Thank you Gran 😉🤩.

Lesmahagow Farmers Society was bursting with energy yesterday from start to finish, without a doubt - certainly something for everyone!!
Well done to everyone who makes it run so smoothly each year, such a great show to attend for all ages and almost always the weather is kind(so far)🌤👏👌!!!

I had a lovely time a couple of weeks ago photographing Lawson and Katherine with their handsome boy Ben and beautiful wee girl Ellie at home on the farm. Ben and Ellie were full of energy which was lovely to see🥰. And we finished the photoshoot with them picking some homegrown Rhubard - though no sugar was allowed, as that's Granny's special treat😀!!
