Meet Ronnie!

The little frenchie all so similar to my own! We photographed Ronnie back in October 2022, and I’m only just getting round to posting some of my favourite shots ☺️. He LOVED the camera, which surprised his owners.

He posed up a storm as you can see, along with the most glorious sunrise coming through the trees 😍

Ever heard of imposter syndrome? In short it means:

‘Doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It affects people who find it hard to accept their accomplishments’

Yep! That is me!

After seeking advice and some help I was told to believe in myself otherwise nobody else will, that has rang so true this week and it’s something I am going to try to work on moving forward.

At the end of the day, I’m not perfect, my photography isn’t ‘perfect’ but who’s is? And who gets to decide who’s is? These are my photos and my photography style and this is what I LOVE doing, isn’t that the most important thing?

We’re all learning 🤓 and we all started somewhere ☺️.

Looking back through some older photos! And I have to say this horse was just UNREAL! Alongside the rider, she just was so calm cool and collected and almost unaware how talented they were as a pair!

He jumped his absolute heart out and made every fence look easy!

Sometimes watching from the ground really is just as enjoyable as the thrill of being on these incredible animals!!

I did loose a lot of light at the end of this day, and my lack of knowledge at the time meant they were ‘grainier’ than I would have liked. But I just can’t help but share! I’ll add two other so you can appreciate this horse like I did 😍

It has been a while since I have found 5 minutes to post!!! Honestly the busiest July and August I have ever had!

It has been family birthdays, holidays, appointments and so much more! I am absolutely not complaining however, it’s been a brilliant summer 🔆.

I am not admittedly really looking forward to my favourite seasons, bring on Autumn!! I love love love the crisps leaves, the orange tones and the wellies!

I have an exciting week ahead! A photoshoot booked in on Tuesday and I’m back in front of the camera with my dog Rocky for an indoor shoot myself! As if we don’t have enough photos already!

A little about me:

I am in my last few weeks of my twenties 😭 (I’m ok about it 🥴), me and my partner moved to the stunning Surrey Hills in November 2019 and wouldn’t be anywhere else now, we are spoiled with stunning scenery and a laid back home life!

We have a French bulldog called Rocky, obviously in the photo above AND in hundreds of my photos as he is used to practice on regularly! He is my absolute bestest friend!

I have been into all types of photography since, erm, forever! I just love a great photo which captures emotion and passion along with the moment being treasured forever! I have so much enthusiasm about photography and the eagerness to learn more as I go!

Equine and canines are my absolute favourites to photograph but I do a bit of everything 🤩
