Caught somewhere between chaos and calm, shadow and light.

A little experiment in colour, movement and emotion - letting the light do the talking and embracing the moments that aren’t perfectly still.

Today's little trip took us to Solihull's Fountains Care Home to celebrate World Photography Day 📸

It was so lovely to spend time with the residents, talking about their photographs, memories and experiences, and exploring how much photography has changed from when they were young to today.

From old cameras and treasured photographs to the stories behind them, it was wonderful to take a little trip down memory lane and hear their stories come to life.

Most importantly, it was beautiful to see the smiles, laughter and memories shared along the way. ❤️

Here's to the photographs that don't just capture a moment, but preserve the memories and stories that come with it. 📷✨

A massive thank you to for the invitation.

Behind the scenes of my first pole shoot 📸✨

Exploring art through movement, body shapes, expression and confidence - creating images that celebrate the body and the person within it.

This was such a fun shoot to create, and I’m so excited to keep exploring this style.

Here’s to more pole shoots, more creativity and more art coming soon. 🖤

The beauty of pole isn't just the tricks - it's the way your body learns to create shapes you never thought were possible. Every line tells the story of strength, persistence, and believing in yourself.
