What do you call it when a bridesmaid (who is a also the content creator) gets caught in a thorn bush?

No...We don't know either but it sure was fun to photograph!

We absolutely loved photographing Katy and Joe's wedding and can't wait to share more from their day soon.

We have been super busy but we are loving 2026 already, can't wait to share more from what we've been up to but right now we are on the way to our first wedding of the weekend.

We’re incredibly excited to have won a story award for Lara and Elliot’s Wharfedale Grange wedding.

The phrase ‘this wedding had it all!’ is used a lot – but really, this one did.

Winning a new Fearless Photographers award always feels like a big achievement. These are among the most prestigious awards in the wedding photography industry. So it always means a lot when one of our images is recognised as ‘Fearless’.

This week we were lucky enough to win two new awards, one each. This image was taken by Hollie at a wonderfully fun garden wedding in Cambridgeshire.

We actually spoke about this photograph on stage at the Fearless and Masters Conference last year, so it feels quite fitting that it has now won its own Fearless award.

We also discussed the image during our workshop in London last week. It has long been one of our favourite photographs we’ve ever taken. It's such a unique moment. How many mother of the bride photographs have you seen quite like this? It was such an honour to capture and whenever we look back on it, it makes us smile.

Thank you to Fearless Photographers and the community judges for the award. It really means a lot. And congratulations to all the other photographers who won awards, too. It was great to see so many friends on the list.

Sheena & Branden at Doddington Hall

Sheena and Branden travelled over from America and chose the beautiful Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire for their wedding day. It was a day full of joy from start to finish, and so much fun to be part of. They loved the photographs we captured for them and left us the kindest review afterwards.

UK’s Top Wedding Photojournalist & Number 2 in the World

I’m absolutely over the moon to have been ranked number 2 in the world by the Wedding Photojournalists Association (WPJA). Alongside that, I’m also the top-ranked UK photographer in the WPJA for 2025. And to top it off, I’ve been ranked in the Top 10 of the WPJA Artistic Guild Awards too.

These are some of my WPJA and AG award-winning images, all photographed last year.
A huge thank you to the WPJA and their judges. I love being part of this incredible community and it really means a lot. An even bigger thank you to all our couples for choosing us to photograph their day. I would never win a single award without all the beautiful weddings I’m invited to be part of.

Lastly, a massive congratulations to everyone who made the Top 150 photographers of the year, including so many friends. The overall winner was who was named the WPJA Photographer of the Year for the second year in a row. What an incredible achievement and so well deserved Coralie. Third place went to the amazing and fourth in the world was the brilliant .photographe

I’m extremely proud to be right at the top of one of the most prestigious documentary wedding photography associations in the world, alongside a group of inspiring, talented female photographers.

New Year’s Eve with Sinead & Ben

Our last wedding of the year unfolded over New Year’s Eve in Manchester. It was such a joy, celebrating with the wonderful Sinead & Ben.

The day began with a relaxed morning, before heading to a stunning deconsecrated church for the ceremony. From there, it was on to a pizza joint for the reception, where two incredible bands and a DJ kept the dancefloor packed right through the night. We were still shooting after midnight, when we signed off for the year with our last frames of a heaving dancefloor as everyone saw in the new year.

What a way to end 2025. Not just for us, but for Sinead, Ben and everyone who came to celebrate with them. Their guests were so lovely too, making us feel incredibly welcome. Take us back to that dancefloor, what a day!
