…got married yesterday!!

Their gorgeous wedding at Surrey Wedding Venue I Surrey National was a metalhead’s dream 😎🤘🏻 A gothic wonderland, complete with hearse transport, a coffin ring box, and so many more personal, darkly beautiful touches. Even the weather got in on the dark and moody aesthetic 🖤

The whole day was a joy from start to finish; amazing people, fantastic food, and banging tunes 😜🤘🏻

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Bing! I’m so happy for you 🤩🤘🏻

🖤𝙼𝚄𝙼🖤

Our beautiful mum would have been 67 today 🖤

For those of you that are new here who wonder who all the grief posts are about, it’s her. Mum was the absolute best of us. A genuine heart of gold and the most beautiful soul. She was my best friend and deserved better than what life dealt her.

This is why I get on my soap box about wanting to capture all of your favourite and most loved people at weddings. We never know how long we get. And in the end, photos and videos are all we have left.

Videos from Elephant Nature Park got mum through a lot of dark days so it was only fitting that me and my brother took her ashes there three years ago. We chose a sapling to be planted on top of her ashes, so she’s currently a tree watching over the lovely elephants and so many other animals. If there is an afterlife, I think we did her proud.

The poetry in the second slide is by sara rian | grief poet & author who writes the most beautiful grief poetry and seems to put into words the thoughts that are in my head. I have her book and it’s brilliant. She just gets it. This is one of my favourites.

So today we celebrate my mum who never made it past 63. She was the best mum and nanny in the world and I will never fully recover. I see her in all the lovely things; butterflies, feathers, birds, and I’ll be looking out for her today 🖤🪶🦋

And to my lovely brother Revelle27 - I know we say it more often now, but I bloody love you and am so glad we are together on this journey 🥹🫶🏻

⚡️𝙾𝙻𝙻𝙸𝙴 𝙰𝙽𝙳 𝚅𝙸𝙲𝙺𝚈⚡️

…got married yesterday!! And I am so freaking happy for them 🤩🤘🏻

Yesterday was just fantastic from start to finish, from the beautiful waterside venue at The West Mill Exclusive Use Wedding Venue to the incredible, as always, personal ceremony led by Louise at Louise Gather 🍊 Humanist Wedding Celebrant 🍄 and the fact that their gorgeous three cats heavily featured throughout (check out the cake 😻🖤)

The entire day was set to a constant stream of Taylor Swift music and I’m not gonna lie, I’m here for it (who knew?!) 🙌🏻

🐢VT🐢 looked like a woodland fairy goddess in her dress by Rue De Seine Wedding Dresses and Jean Jackson Couture and the reaction from her guests when she walked the aisle on her own, like a boss, was EVERYTHING 😎👌🏻 and Ollie Hunt scrubbed up very well in his dapper suit by Peter Posh Suits… what a bloody gorgeous pair 😍

V&O I’m so incredibly happy for you and loved spending the day with you and your favourite people. Congratulations!!! 🥳🙌🏻

The ceremony at Middleport Pottery with .celebrant was so them; heartfelt and real, full of love, just two people saying exactly what they meant. And what a fantastic venue!! It suited them perfectly. Quirky and full of character 🖤🖤🖤

On to The Butchers Block for incredible food, great music, and properly good vibes all evening. Nothing forced, just easy and full of love 🤘🏻

Hayley and Anthony, thank you for having me there. Days like yesterday are exactly why I love this job. Congratulations!!!! 🥳🖤

…got married yesterday!! 🤩🤩🤩

Royle Forest Weddings was the perfect setting for their festival wedding aka SLACKSTOCK.. huge shout out to Charlotte and the team for looking after us so well and to Thunderlips for giving us a mini download festival 🤘🏻

The beautiful ceremony was written and led by Heather, and Phoebe and Matt wrote their own vows - totally heartfelt and full of love 🖤

Such a chilled out day full of good people 🥰 Food trucks bringing incredible food, a sensory bus for regulating and shenanigans (genuinely such a good touch), and music that had everyone up and dancing. 10/10 no notes 🤩🤘🏻

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Slack… Slackstock was everything and more 🥳🤘🏻

Had the best time for this mother and daughter shoot at East Carlton Park with two of my favourite people.. Proving that we can capture gorgeous golden glowy light and STILL make it alternative 🤘🏻

Watching Kerri Booth and her beautiful 𝓑𝓻𝓾𝓴 together was so special, all the hugs and the laughs… except in full black, with the stately home looming behind them like something out of a gothic novel 🦇🖤

The light that evening was unreal too, proper honey-gold and moody all at once, exactly my kind of combo 🌞

So glad I got to spend the evening with you both 🖤🤘🏻
