Hi everyone 😊
As my dissertation project, I've put together 'Corby - Little Scotland', a short documentary about the town's long-established Scottish community. I've been in Corby for nearly 9 years and the town's attachment to Scotland has always been a personal interest.
I wish to thank you again to all interviewees, I couldn't have done it without you!
PS: There are a few mistakes in places, there are things that I could have done differently, however, the time and other resources involved in the project's production were very limited.
Currently, I am in process of taking this idea further and turning it into a larger-scale project, so fingers crossed!

A glimpse of sunset

My roots originate in this beautiful village in Botosani, Romania. Here is where my great-grandmother spent all her life, where my nan and her 10 siblings were born, where I used to spend my summer holidays, Christmases, Easters, etc. and where the whole family used to gather (used to because everyone is spread all over the place and the young generations don't bother anymore).
